Returns

Return claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. If you would like to file a return claim, please email shop@arsenic.tv with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. Please also include the:

- name on the order
- the order number
- a description of the problem
- any relevant photos

For returns for other reasons such as item doesn’t fit, ordered wrong color, dislike, etc. must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. If you would like to file a return claim, please email shop@arsenic.tv with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. Please also include the:

- name on the order
- the order number
- reason for return

Please note that Arsenic Shop reserves the right to reject return requests for dislikes/mis-orders a our discretion. You are responsible for the cost of return unless otherwise noted.

Because most of our products are printed on demand, we cannot process exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your item, please process a return claim and place an order for the new item.

If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim with us. Note: we please check with your local post office to assist in locating your shipment prior to contacting us. Please email shop@arsenic.tv and include your name, order number and delivery address in the email. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
