FAQ

The item I want is out of stock. Will you restock it? 

Many of our items, especially collaborations, are available for a limited time and are not likely to be restocked when they're gone. If there is an item you're wondering about, please sign up for our newsletters for restock notifications and/or fill out the contact form.

 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. You will receive a shipping notification once the order has been processed and shipped. Please wait the full 7 days after placing your order to contact us if you haven't received and a notification of your order being shipped.

 

How do I use my coupon/promo code?

Add your items to your cart and continue to checkout. Upon checking out, on the right-hand side of the page (desktop), you’ll see a box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code". Type in your discount code and click “Apply.” If you're on a mobile device, upon checkout tap "Show Order Summary" above the customer information fields. Type in your discount code in the "Discount Code" box and tap "Apply". Your promotion code will be applied to your order and will be reflected under your order total. Please be advised that only one code can be used per order. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Select codes can only be used once per customer or on selected items. Some exclusions may apply. If you remove items from your cart, you may need to reapply the discount code.
